Fred Buckman, Sr.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Fred Buckman, Sr., brings expansive experience in the electric power industry and a record of innovation to his role as Powerlink’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Buckman is the co-founder of Trans-Elect, the first independent electric power transmission company in the U.S., which he led as Chairman from 1999 to 2006.

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Alan Statman has more than 30 years of experience representing utilities, transmission companies and independent power producers before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Federal courts and state public utility commissions and regulatory agencies. He was a founder of Trans-Elect, serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Fred W. Buckman, Jr.

Senior Vice President

Fred Buckman has a diverse background in the electric utility, mining and energy sectors. His experience is in the areas of corporate finance, business development and operations and maintenance. Prior to co-founding Powerlink, Buckman was an associate principal at Partners in Performance. In this role, he brought about improvements in operations and maintenance at mining operations in Alaska and in Ontario and British Columbia, Canada.

Michael J. Hamilton

Senior Vice President

Mike Hamilton has more than 40 years of experience in utility accounting and management, representing clients in front of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, several state public utility commissions and other regulatory bodies. Prior to co-founding Powerlink, Hamilton worked as a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) responsible for the U.S. utility audit and tax practice and working with the firm’s largest utility clients. He also served as a financial advisor in numerous utility bankruptcies and restructurings. He also testified before state and Federal regulatory commissions on accounting and economic issues.

Keith L. Buckman

Director

Keith Buckman brings an extensive background in financial services and energy sector consulting to Powerlink. Buckman previously was a senior associate at N4 Development, a company involved in the siting and development of electric generation and transmission projects. At N4, he supported the company with advisory, corporate financial, private placement and mergers and acquisitions services. He was also Vice President of Sales for Gold Star Financial Group where he led its office in Vancouver, WA.

Bruce Landrey

Senior Advisor

During the past 30 years Bruce Landrey has served as an executive at both private and public utilities, as an advisor to utility executives and investors, and helped to start a company developing small modular reactor technology. Landrey started his strategic advisory service after leaving the Tennessee Valley Authority where he served as Vice President of Corporate Relations. He was recruited to TVA by its Chairman to help lead the turnaround of the Federal power generation and marketing agency.
